This ship is a steel single deck, aft engine arrangement with a single propeller, single rudder, driven by a diesel engine. This is a Product Oil Tanker which has a square stern and bulbous bow linear form. There are fore and aft castles. There are three layer deck houses on the aftercastles. Walk overline bridges are provided at the cargo oil area between aftercastle and forecastle. The vessel is equipped with 10 cargo oil tanks, five pairs each to port and starboard and one pair of dirty oil tanks are provided. The cargo oil tank area, including dirty oil tanks, are double bottom, double hull structures. Double bottom tanks and side tanks are used as ballast tanks.

The main steel structure of the ship hull is designed according to the requirements of "Steel Seagoing Ship Classification and Building Regulations" 2006 edition. The design meets the requirements of ice reinforcement for Class B areas. The shell plates of the Cargo Oil Tanks of the tanker body, inside bottom plates, inside longitudinal walls, deck structures are all designed according to double shell oil tanker requirements.
The tanker is all welded steel construction with a combination of transverse and longitudinal framing.
The tanker has a design scantling draft of 6.2M.
