There are very few boats in the planet as versatile as this and even fewer come close to offering such superior quality for such a low price.

This 4.2m Hover Craft is powered by a single Yamaha 1000cc engine producing 150hp. The engine is water cooled, 4 stroke with 4 cylinders and 5 valves per cylinder. The twin cam and fuel injection system helps give this boat great acceleration as well as a high end top speed.

The engine is coupled to a Multi Wing 6/6 7XL Fan with Polyamide Glass Fill Blades. The hovercraft fan duct is manufactured from Kevlar/fiberglass and has an 1160mm internal diameter. This fan provides lift as well as thrust and is designated as an integrated system. It is fitted with four steering rudders and one elevator. These provide great steering and longitudinal control.

The steering controls themselves are very simple and easy to operate. The throttle control is hand operated and the steering and elevator controls are all in one. You simply move the steering left and right to steer the craft, move the steering in and out to control the longitudinal stability of the craft which will become natural to you in no time at all.

This hover craft has been designed and built to operate in a wave height less than 2 meters high and with a wind speed less than 28 knots. This is a far greater scope than most other hover crafts on the market and instantly gives you confidence knowing that when conditions start changing at sea, the boat will keep on flying over the surface.

The deck of this Hovercraft is manufactured from fiberglass core sandwich technology. Using a blown rigid PVC foam core, this provides a high tensile strength and low weight. Lifting lugs can be incorporated to enable the vessel to be lifted by a crane or davit.

The hull is constructed of molded fiberglass with a gel coat finish. Core sandwich technology is also used in its manufacture to help make the hull strong, secure and built to last. There is 0.5m3 of polyurethane foam integrated within the hull structure to provide positive buoyancy. This means that if the cockpit of the vessel was to be completely flooded the Hovercraft will remain afloat and upright with a full payload on board making this virtually unsinkable in sand, water, ice or snow.

The cockpit of the craft is also gel coat finished fiberglass and nonskid finish molded in to the floor. In the front sidewalls of the cockpit each side of the pilot is two lockable waterproof glove compartments that are used to house a VHF radio etc.

The seating is down the centre of the craft much like a jet ski or snowmobile. The seat is contoured to each passenger giving great grip, especially at speed or in tight maneuvers. Beneath the seat is a large watertight storage compartment for safety equipments.

The skirt system is simple and easy to maintain. This craft is fitted with 69 segments. Each segment can be easily replaced if damaged with 6 segments included as spares. The skirt material has been developed and tested over 8 years and has been found to provide the optimum in flexibility and the lowest wear coefficient.

Included in the price is a light weight purpose built winch on, roll off trailer. The trailer is fitted with 10 Magnesium alloy wheels and tyres and is equipped with a mechanical 3:1 winch. The chassis itself is constructed of pre galvanized steel tubing.
