Free Advertising Policy:

Free means free: free of charge, but also free of support. Free adverts are provided on a self-service basis only, supported by a set of automated tools that enable you to submit, edit, delete, and retrieve password reminders without the assistance of Apollo Duck staff. Please do not contact us seeking customer service assistance for free adverts. We do not post, edit or delete free adverts manually.

Please note:

• Apollo Duck is an independent advertising network. We are not a broker, dealer or seller of any of the vessels listed on our network. Please use the contact details provided on the advertisements to contact the sellers directly.
• We cannot provide advice about any vessel, advertiser, or aspect of boat ownership.
• Please use the password reminder tools if you need to request a new password or get a username reminder.
• Please login to your account to edit or delete your advert.
• Adverts must be submitted through the automated online submission form.

Payment Information:

Apollo Duck Feature Advertisements can be paid for with most major credit cards and some direct debit cards. Advertisements can be paid for in Euro, Sterling, US Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Chinese Yuan or South African Rand.

Advertising Period:

Our standard advertising period is six months, after which time adverts are automatically expired if the option to renew is not exercised.

Advert Renewals

All adverts can be renewed prior to expiry after six months. A notification email is sent to the email address listed with the advert, seven days prior to the expiry date. During this last week, both feature and free advertisements can be renewed by logging into the Ad Manager, and clicking the renew button next to the expiring advert. Basic ads are renewed free of charge, and feature advertisements are renewed at the prevailing rate for online advert submissions.
