Description

The Scampi 30 is one of the classic Half Tonner designs. Over 750 were built in total and they have won a great reputation as race winners and for being well built, easily sailed, and well behaved fast cruisers. The Scampi 30 is roomy, has a deep cockpit and is stiff with good stability.

Minim III has a top race pedigree having great results at club racing, The Round the Island Race and Dartmouth Royal Regattta. In her prior (30 year) ownership she has been very well looked after and in her current (5 year) ownerhip has undergone a thorough refit. This refit has included:

This Scampi 30 is ready to race or cruise this season, with a full suit of sails including multiple headsails, cruising chute and 2 spinnakers. She has been re-engined and has had all her lines led aft. She has a full suite of sails in overall good condition.

She is a classic cruiser-racer that could easily bring home some silverware for her new owner or would make a safe comfortable cruiser for someone who really likes to sail.

Accommodation
The Albin Scampi sleeps 5 in comfort. Forward is a twin berth cabin. The saloon has two main berth settees with a quarter berth on the aft port side. She has a lavac vacuumn sea toilet forward as well as a full-sized hanging locker. The galley has a two burner stove with grill, cold box, and dry storage.
