Description

Nightjar is a superb example of a beautifully looked after boat. She is a 60’ semi trad with reverse layout, built and fitted out by Aqualine in 2007, and like other Aqualine boats she is of excellent quality and class. She has had a full repaint in 2016, blacked in October 2023, and the engine was last serviced in December 2023. She has been really well cared for.
The semi trad deck is flanked on both sides by seats with lockers under, and protected by a tonneau cover,.
Steps lead into the 10’11” long galley. This is well equipped with a 230v Hoover fridge (with icebox), New World oven & grill, Spinflo 4 burner gas hob, ceramic sink, Candy Aquamatic washing machine, and a host of cupboards and shelves. The work tops are granite.
The well organised electrics are housed in the cupboards by the steps, along with the calorifier.
A pullman dinette follows, with a side hatch opposite and storage under. This converts into a spare double berth. The reversible back rest can be adjusted to create an additional seat in the saloon, adjacent to a double sofabed. Opposite this there is an under-gunnel TV (with DVD/CD machine), shelves on both sides, and a Reflex diesel stove.
The off-corridor bathroom is next. This features a Thetford Porta potti loo, a ceramic basin and a triangular shaped tiled shower cubicle. There is also an extractor fan and light in the ceiling.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin, with a 6’2” x 4’0” fixed bed, which extends across to 4’6” in width, with storage under and cupboards over. At the base of the bed sits the double wardrobe on the port side, and a dressing table on the starboard side.
A small step takes you up to the cratch covered well deck, with external seating and storage.
The water tank is stainless steel, and water can be heated by the engine or the Webasto central heating (serviced Dec 2023), which is connected to 3 radiators and a towel rail.
All the lighting is LED, with additional mood lighting under the gunnels in the saloon and bedroom.
The engine is an Isuzu 42, with 1 starter and 4x 125ah domestic batteries (new 2023), topped up with 480w of solar (with MPPT controller). 230v power is from either the landline or the 3kva inverter/charger, and heating is provided by the diesel stove and Webasto diesel fired central heating system.
She is well presented and ready to go, providing someone with a really well equipped and comfortable home or holiday boat.
