When purchased our goal was to extensively modernise Gracey and turn her into a beautiful floating apartment, we have achieved our objective and it is fair to say that she is now one of the finest, head turning boats on the cut!

This is a reluctant sale, we do not live on Gracey, she has become a weekend retreat and subsequent to works being completed we now have twin grandchildren who take up much of our surplus time.
