De Drie Gebroeders is a unique dutch barge with a living history and a bright future on the waterways!
Previously moored and restored at Springfield Marina, since her conversion from a cargo vessel to an estuary sailing barge she is the perfect length for life as a constant cruiser or on a leisure mooring.
Full of warm natural light and gorgeous mahogany woodwork, she is perfect for a single cruiser or a couple to live aboard on the inland waterways, and even has the capacity for seagoing adventures in the future. She has a single cabin spare room, endless storage options and all the adaptations you need for a life off-grid and on the water.
Most recently surveyed by Collin Mallard-South in Summer 2023, the hull was found to be in excellent condition and has had all her extensive woodwork re-varnished and oiled in 2025.
The old dutch inboard engine from the 1960s is currently being replaced with a newly reconditioned 45hp four cylinder and can be adapted to the buyers needs and specifications.
Please contact us for a viewing in her current location in East London cruising the river Lea and to learn more about this historic craft and see whether she’s right for you.
