Patricia Jean is a 60ft Traditional stern built in 1998 by Black Country Narrowboat with same owner since new. Conventional internal layout comprising 4 berths.

Layout: Stern, Boatman’s cabin, Engine Room, Bedroom 1, Bathroom, Galley, Saloon, Doors to foredeck.

Boatman’s Cabin: Lined but not finished.

Engine Room: Engine room with Hoover washing machine.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with storage underneath. Cupboard at end of bed and full height cupboard opening into corridor.

Bathroom: Pump-out toilet, cabinet above toilet, bath, shower, hand basin with granite surround and storage below, mirror.

Galley: Stainless steel sink with cupboards above and below and under gunwale, toaster, fridge, oven and hob with 4 gas rings.

Saloon: L shaped leather pull-out sofa, radiator, gateleg table, Hitachi TV, Becton Bunny stove.
