Description

Bourne 35, built in 1975 by Bell boats (inferred) and designed by R. M. Martins. GRP hull and wooden upper structure. It has a sliding roof, centre cockpit with inboard Nanni 4.190he engine.
Internally the boat is fitted out in varnished wood including the majority of the roof areas. The centre cockpit and the galley have LED lights fitted within the roof.
Within the galley there is a gas cooker with four rings, grill and oven. Two separate gas cylinders are stored away in a protected casing.
Waeco 80 litre fridge/freezer.
Six berth and two separate cabins. One manual and one electric head and a shower.
There are two water tanks, two waste holding tanks. Two bilge pumps.
A hot water tank is also fitted with an immersion heater.
There is a total of six batteries, engine, bow thruster and four for domestic use.
Fitted with an inverter, battery charger and 240v and 12v sockets. Also fitted with a Webasto heating system.
Recently the boat has undergone an extensive refurbishment to the external areas. This has meant the removal of trakmark coverings to the decks and the roof areas. These areas have been professionally painted using a two-part epoxy paint. In addition, the hull has been sanded down and repainted and the external wooden structure has been re-varnished.
This boat has a low air draft which allows greater freedom and flexibility to navigate the broad’s bridges during cruising. The upper deck in front of the cockpit offers a perfect place for passengers to relax. With a reinforced windscreen to lean back against to take in the scenic view of the broads.
There is a dark green canvas cover in three sections that has been made specially for this boat with Velcro and strap fasteners. Complete with nylon weight bags to protect against the winter elements.
