Introducing Constance, a 1990 Bridgewater 55.6ft trad stern narrowboat. Fully equipped and ready to cruise, she's been well-maintained and comes with about 25 years of service history, plus a full survey from April 2021.

Engine: Vetus M4.14
Heating: Morso Squirrel stove, Eberspacher Hydronic diesel heater with 3 radiators
Power: Alternator, Honda EU20i generator, 230W solar panels, lithium 12V 200Ah leisure battery
Hot Water: 80L calorifier via engine, Eberspacher, or immersion
Water tank: approx. 800L
Fuel Tank: approx. 200L

Stern Storage: External locker (2 gas bottles), 2 toilet cassettes, 20l Jerry can, honda generator, spares, and mooring kit
Bedroom: Extendable double bed (Futton Company mattress) with memory foam topper, under-bed storage, wardrobe with mirror, USB-charging lights
Bathroom: Cassette toilet, basin, shelves, deep tray shower with new curtain
Kitchen: L-shaped with oak laminate counters, gas oven (Thetford Prima) and hob (Sia) , Shoreline 12V fridge/freezer, Hoover washing machine (runs cold wash)
Lounge: Dinette converts to double bed, sofa with storage, bookshelves, Morso stove, drying rack, ceiling mounted projector (boxed right now)
Bow: Dual lockers, integral water tank (epoxy coated, June 2021), anchor storage
WiFi: TP-link (5g enabled) mifi router, and Poynting external antenna.
Recent work includes hull blacking (Dec 2021) and a relocated exhaust (now stern port side). The cratch cover will be repaired for the new owner.
