Premier Houseboats are pleased to present River Magic, a Broom 35 on a residential mooring, in need of some aesthetic updating both internally and externally, ideal as an affordable static or cruising home.
The Broom 35 is a much respected river cruiser and River Magic is a good example, offering plenty of space internally. She offers four berths in two cabins, either two doubles or four singles depending on your requirements. There is a good sized saloon with plenty of built in storage and seating, together with a cockpit area. There is a small galley with oven, hob sink and fridge, together with work top and storage.
This is an excellent and rare opportunity to enjoy life afloat both static and cruising, with comfortable living space and affordable ongoing costs, The relatively small amount of work needed will only add to the value of River Magic
There are two toilets, both with hand basins and one with a shower.
There is Webasto hot air heating and a gas heater for hot water. There is also a fly bridge that can be a further saloon area when static, with a a canopy in fair condition.
The engines were recently serviced and both found to be in good running order, although new batteries will be required should you wish to take her cruising. Internally there is some aesthetic updating needed, but she is comfortably livable as is.Externally there is again need for some aesthetic updating, and there appears to be a small amount of osmosis that will need treating.
