The Brayford Belle was built 1984 and was originally operated in York.
Brought to Lincoln 1998 she is the only operating MCA trip boat in Lincoln where as "Lincoln Boat Trips" she trades successfully year after year.
Clients include coach companies who book on a regular basis year after year (evidence available).
Moorings are leased and renewed annually.
A double decker boat with a capacity of 78 people, with inside seating on the lower deck and outside open seating on both lower and top deck under a canopy.
Onboard bar. 240V and 12V.
Leyland 80 h/p engine and Kohler generator.
2 interior bilges, 1 engine bilge to stern and 1 bow thruster bilge at the bow.
The vessel is fully equipped with all life saving appliances.
Ultrasonic test and hull measurement done in November 2018
New shaft renewed 2018.
Full inspection and maintenance completed November 2018. Full report available on request to see and approved by MCA.
Passenger certificate valid to February 2020.
Domestic ship safety certificate 2022.
A 12 seat water taxi was added to the business in 2014 and holds up to 12 passengers. This trades between busy local riverside inns and the City centre. Equipped with fire extinguishers and life jackets. River License valid to September 2019.
The business also has two self-drive motorboats. These are currently in storage but subject to maintenance could be brought back into service.
