Hannah is a 35ft Semi-Trad Narrowboat built in 1990 by Cammell Laird shipbuilders.
-BSS valid until 03/25
-Survey completed in February this year with all remedial work undertaken. I have another survey from Dec 16, both will be made avaliable to serious prospective buyers.
I've owned Hannah for nearly 3 years and she's been a great little boat in that time. She's small enough to manuvure but big enough to provide a cosy home from home and would make an ideal weekend cruiser or small liveaboard.
Hannah has all of the usual amenities including: a pull out double bed, pump out toilet, shower/wet room, gas 4 burner hob, gas oven and grill and a waeco 12v fridge.
Heating is via the Hamlet Hardy 4 multi-fuel stove (fitted Dec 19) and hot water is supplied from the engine while cruising and the immersion heated while on shore power.
Hannah is fitted with a Volvo penta 2002 engine coupled to a PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox which starts first time and runs like a Swiss watch after a recent top end overhaul. The Hull construction is 12/6/4, with the weight of a 12mm base on this little boat there is no ballast in the cabin bilge allowing for good airflow and a nice dry space.
Work completed in my ownership:
-Base plate stripped and blacked along with Hull sides (06/19 initially, re-coated 08/20 and 02/21)
-New 30mm Vetus stern gear fitted (prop, shaft, cutlass bearing, boss and coupling) completed less than 20 hrs cruising since installation (08/19)
-Gas locker stripped and coated in 2 pack epoxy (06/19)
-Water tank stripped and coated in 2 pack potable epoxy sikaguard 62 (12/19)
-Multi fuel stove fitted (12/19)
-Roof re-painted (02/20)
-New shower tray fitted (06/20)
-Engine top end rebuild and de coke including re-conditioned head (skimmed, valves lapped, new stem seals, injector sleeves replaced) (01/21)
-Injectors re-conditioned (01/21)
-Fuel tank drained, inspection hatches removed and steam cleaned (02/21)
In summery a solid little boat that's absolutely ready to cruise!
