It is laid out in a modern open plan design with kitchen with large worktop, with seating area at one end for eating or laptop working. Living area and bedroom with double bed and a shower room complete with a electric flush thetford porta loo all separated by a curtain.
Has an oven and microwave as well as 2 wall mounted heaters that all run of 240v the supply. All cutlery, plates, utensils etc. will be included if you want them. Also included with the sale but not currently used is the original wood burning stove and chimney and gas cooker. If you wanted to redesign or incorporate these.
Plenty of storage spaces.
2 external seats/steps at the front. And cruiser stern with 2 rests.

We were told it is a Colecraft, has unique canoe front, all steel construction, runs well with lovely sound, highly complemented by all that pass by her, and easy to manoeuvre due to it's size.

It is currently set for being moored with 240v supply but does have 12v lighting and comes with an unconnected solar panel, MPPT solar charge controller and inverter. Can easily be converted to an off-grid liveaboard.
