Description

Phoebe Joe is a cruiser stern narrow beam built in 1985 by Colecraft, with a reverse layout.
Propulsion is by a 3 cylinder Lister, air cooled Marine Diesel Engine.
Entering from the stern there is a spacious saloon area with sofa and a multi fuel stove conected to radiators throughout the boat. Going through into the galley with units port and starboard with a walkthrough central area, from here you enter the dining area. This leads through to the off corridor bathroom with a cassette toilet, a vanity basin and a separate shower. Moving on it has a large double bedroom with wardrobe and plenty of storage designed for a living aboard.
Phoebe Joe has a current Boat Safety Cert which expires in October 2026 and was re blacked in the summer of 2022.

The galley has plenty of cupboards for storage.

Construction

Mild steel hull, the usual construction methods used by Colecraft, a well respected builder. It has faced ply and hardwood trims/mouldings to the fit out.
