2012 60ft x 12ft Collingwood Widebeam Eurocruiser for sale with sought after permanent mooring in Bristol Harbour.

L’Atlante is our second boat, and I can safely say she’s a beauty. She has been lovingly fitted out to be a family home (one owner being an architect has definitely added to the design process). The boat was built in 2012, and the hull and engine are in excellent condition. We have a survey from 2021 which can be seen on request. Having had 6 years of experience on boats, we have found L’Atlante to be such a solid and reliable home. We are so sad to be moving on, but with a growing family have decided it’s time.

Beautiful light and spacious open plan kitchen living room, with 2 duck hatches to watch the water go by. Kitchen features a fridge, full gas cooker, washing machine and plentiful storage. Dining area easily fits table for 4.

Two bedrooms. Main bedroom has ample space for a kingsize bed and large wardrobe, with double doors out onto the deck. Smaller bedroom fits a single bed, or a cot in our case. Could also be a lovely office space.

New bathroom fit out in 2023 with oak flooring throughout, new tiles, bath and shower and vanity unit.

New double glazed windows throughout, fitted in 2024 to a cost of 5K. Makes the boat extra cosy in the winter months. Especially with additional thermal black out blinds.

Heating: Eberspatcher fitted in 2023, with new radiators throughout the boat. Nest thermostat that can be connected to an app on your phone to remotely manage the heating, ensuring the boat is cosy before you arrive home. We set up the boat to be extra toasty for having a baby on board.

Canaline 52 bhp engine - serviced yearly, really great condition. Haven’t had a single issue, our engineer says its not seen many miles, the boat has always been on a mooring.

New engine wiring loom, starter battery and control panel.

The system allows us to use power pretty much like a normal house and the large solar panels keep the battery topped up from march-nov, with a bit of extra help needed by running the engine for the darkest three months. The mooring currently does not have shoreline hook up, but the owner of the wharf is installing electrical hook ups this year, so by this winter this will be available.

Hot water can be provided by the Calorifier, electrical emersion heater or eberspatcher. We use the Eberspatcher to heat the hot water in the winter months, and the emersion heater in the summer months.

We were told the tank is 1000 litres when purchasing but we believe it is smaller than that. Not sure exact size but we have an extra 200 litre water tank on the deck if wanted.

Sought after permanent mooring in Bristol Harbour at a reasonable price of £150 per month. Mooring owner is happy for new owner to take over mooring, subject to terms and conditions. The mooring is super central, on a really quiet side of the harbour and comes with the most wonderful boat community, which we will miss so much! We have happily been here for 6 years. The boat is sometimes triple moored but our neighbours are absolutely fantastic and we shared many an eve with them chatting on the decks.
