This boat was designed and fitted out by the owners, to live in! Due to COVID, only for a short time. 2 years old, but new throughout. Bringing luxury and practicality to, life aboard. The boat is furnished. Has functional and beautiful canopies at the bow and stern. She has a central fitted kitchen. There is optimal storage, high end specification and head room. Solid Oak Flooring throughout the living areas offers a touch of practical luxury. There are many
240v black designer double sockets throughout, and 12volt lighting. This wide beam boasts a shower room and a second toilet, both of these rooms are sound proofed for privacy, and accommodate all cruising requirements.

At the stern of the boat is a high stylish canopy. The seating area has luxurious, comfortable seating cushions. Over storage lockers.

Living Area
The main cabin is entered from outside by oak clad steps. Each step is a convenient drawer for storage.
There is a hand basin, shoe caddy and coat hooks, a cassette toilet, and a mirrored medicine cabinet in the second toilet/cloakroom to the port side of the steps. Starboard of the steps is the Electrical Cupboard housing the 2.5 KCA Sterling Inverter, 12v & 240AC Boxes.

The Living Space has four radiators and a multifuel fire with fan. There are two Bed settees for guests, both with storage for bedding. A dining table which folds out to double its size and six cane and solid wood chairs, with a large pine wall mirror above. There is also a complimenting two door/two drawer cabinet and matching one drawer coffee table.
The 48” Smart TV is built into the back of the kitchen/lounge oak topped divide. In front of the television there is an in-floor storage hatch with handles for storing at least 3 bags of multifuel nuts with room for kindling. All windows and Port Holes throughout the boat are secondary glazed offering optimal heat, minimal condensation.

Galley
The Galley offers plenty of work/preparation area. Craft Clot Cream Solid Wood Cabinet Doors hide a built in under counter spacious fridge, a washing machine and dishwasher. A Fan assisted Built in LPG Oven and Grill with four burner Gas hob above. The kitchen also includes a microwave oven. A wall Glass display cupboard and shelving unit, add to the ample storage. There is one pull out cupboard, wide three drawer unit, integrated recycling and rubbish pull out bins, two Corner base cupboards with LaMans pull out shelves, and an under counter wine rack. Red mini metro tiling and rounded solid oak work tops finish this stylish and practical kitchen.

Office Space/Breakfast Bar
There is an office nook with natural light. Solid oak desktop, double socket and built in under counter cupboard, with room for a tuck under office chair.
At the end of the office space is a tall built in cupboard. The bottom of which houses the three- drawer freezer cabinet.

Shower Room
Step into a spacious 720mm x 1200mm Glass screened shower with Eco smart Thermostatic Shower Mixer. Vanity and WC Units with a pump out toilet, a mirrored cabinet above, and a small three drawer cupboard complete this luxurious shower room.
Cabin
A Queen size bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress. The lift-up bed base reveals ample storage room, the pump out toilet tank is also housed in this space. On one side of the bed is a seven drawer bedside chest, on the other is a 4 drawer chest with a cupboard beneath, double sockets on each side of the bed. There are two radiators, and a wall hung storage cupboard with socket above. There is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, storage baskets and a three- drawer chest of drawers.
There is an anchored security box.
