Its low draft and air draft allow it to cruise the European inland waterways. I have crossed the channel to cruise the inland waterways of France. Recently the hull has been professionally sandblasted to bare metal and fully coated, so it will not need doing again for many years. Last year I have water-proofed the flybridge so the boat has the strong bones of a brand-new boat. It would benefit from some interior refurbishment that I am currently doing, but after ten years aboard I have relocated so need to sell. Powered by the "Rolls-Royce" of boat engines, it has a main engine Cummins 350 HP and also a wing engine by BMC which will get you home should anything happen the Cummins (it won't).
Moored in idyllic island in Twickenham, mooring transferable with agreement of the island owner, charges approximately £6000 per year with very low bills eg electricity £30 per month approx. 5 minutes from Strawberry Hill Station, 15 from Twickenham with trains to Waterloo every 15 minutes taking about 25 mins.
