The steel hull was built by Feltz, Hamburg, Germany in 1993. It was then fitted out by an individual (also in Germany) and launched in 1996. It is obvious from the round bilge construction, T section framing and stringers (instead of the normal flat bar), twin skin Rudder etc that it was built by a professional ship building company whose main construction material is steel.
I bought her in early 2012, although German registered she was in a boatyard in Portugal from where I sailed her back to Portsmouth. We have had many adventures in her along the South coast of the UK and North coast of France but we are getting no younger and are now looking at a camper van instead.
She is a well equipped comfortable cruising yacht (though the only shower is in the cockpit as being steel I did not want one inside) with moderate draft and ease of anchoring and independence from facilities being a priority. She sails well with a bit of wind and can often be sailed just using the furling genoa which is much bigger than the main sail. The relatively small main sail can be rigged so the first reef can be put in from the cockpit. She also motor sails well in light winds using minimal fuel as she is a bit over propped.
The gantry is rigged for hawling up and storing a dingy with outboard and works really well together with the transom platform. My last dingy was a Yamaha 275 with a Yamaha 6hp 4 stroke outboard, we had a big dog so used to hawl up the dingy with him in it when we had him with us and were alighting from the dingy (see pics).
All her instruments and electronics are post 2014, as are her windlass and combined masthead tricolour and anchor light. All her internal lights are led. All her navigation equipment and instruments are Raymarine. I have tried to list most things in the specifications below.

Forward Double cabin with wardrobes and aditional storage.
Aft double cabin has small seat with storage underneath and boot locker.
The pilothouse seating area can be converted into additional berths. There is a vast amount of storage areas in the pilothouse.
Please see description.
Please see discription. She does have a baby stay and running back stays to use when it is deployed however the baby stay must be attached to the cleat on top of the windlass when deployed (I have a quick method for doing this) as the deck connection has had it's strengthener removed to make the anchor chain locker larger. I would only use the baby stay for a storm gib as I have found an inner foresail does not increase sail performance noticeably.
The mast is on a tabernacle so can be folded back. I would use the baby stay, spinnaker pole and windlass to achieve this as it is a heavy mast but have never done so.
The Genoa and main sails are around 4 years old but have only been used for two seasons. All sails are in excellent condition.
