Two berths in forepeak, two in saloon, both sea berth convertible, double berth in aft cabin, narrow for two big persons.

Construction

Centre cockpit sloop, hull built according to Lloyds specifications for ”Certificate of hull construction” class A approved for ocean conditions, lead keel 3100 kgs, GRP and balsa in sandwich construction. Bear off list along both bows (not standard).
Deck of GRP sandwich construction. 12 mm solide laid complete teak deck, incudes teak in cockpit, teak deck outside cockpit laid anew 2011. Sealing between deck and hull and bolted rails replaced at Vindö wharf 2017.
All hull penetrations are stainless steel (not standard).
Two owners, present since 2005. Interior carpentry in mahogany and installations performed by first owner, top notch.

Complete cockpit canopy and sprayhood.
Stern bathing platform including bathing/rescue ladder and with built-in wind rudder Wind Pilot Pacific Plus I, new stainless steel rudder for pilot mounted 2024.
Solar cell 45 W and Avimex wind generator, 1996-98, with charging regulator 2008.
220 V system for land AC connection with automatic fuses, earth fault breaker and 11 connecting points. One 220V-220V and one 220V-95V transformers separate 220V landbased circuits from curcuits on boat physically to protect from galvanic currents.
Roof mounted LED lightings in pentry, saloon and forepeak (not standard). LED-list above refridgerator and washbasin in toilet.
Standard navigational lights, extra three colour LED-light on masttop, deck lighting.
VHF antenna for Sailor radio and wind instrument at the top of the mast, dedicated VHF antenna for AIS on steelbow aft.

Freshwater tank in stainless steel 200L with VDO level indicator replaced with new 2024. Accessory plastic tank 60 L below berths in forepeak. Hot and cold pressure water, Jabsco electrical pressure pump and 25 L hot water heater. Two foot pedal pumps for freshwater and seawater in pentry. Engine cooling fluid heats water in hot water heater.
Handheld freshwater shower for cockpit use with mixer for temperature control.
Elecrical watermaker, semipermeabel filter technique using seawater.
Brydon toilet with Jabsco manual flushpump, replacement pump included as spare part. Septic tank 100L, emptying through suctioning from deck possible.
