A truly unique houseboat vessel! The large entrance double doors open out to the expansive rear deck that has a unique overhanging steel covering design with lighting.

The entrance opens into the stainless steel galley kitchen with welded in stainless steel sink and worktops. It features a separate gas hob and gas oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer drier & automatic plinth heater connected to the central heating. Hatches in the oak flooring provided access to the engine and with two balanced diesel tanks, while there are steps up to the navigation point.

Oak flooring throughout the internals of the vessel provide a warm, cosy feeling, with travertine tiles fitted in the bathroom. It also features a large shower, built in macerator toilet and automatic lighting.

The vessel is double glazed with large oval windows throughout, while the main living/saloon/diner has a large curved glass, electric opening skylight and blind that is fully automated and can be remote controlled anywhere. A new 52" TV has also been installed as well as 5 satellite speakers.

Towards the front of the boat are 2 double bedrooms, all finished with the same oak flooring. There is a domestic diesel powered central heating system with a hot water storage tank that heats the radiators.
