She is a shallow draught at 19 inches as she was built for the Mon and Brec Canal, so if you want a boat for a shallow canal this is it.
Rear cabin sleeps one, set out as a day room with comfy chair and bookshelves. Double radiator. Two double glazed portholes.
Side corridor with three double radiators, bathroom contains new thetford China toilet, with spare cassette. Wash hand basin and full height shower.
Towel rail radiator. Double glazed porthole.
Then double bed with new mattress, under bed storage drawers. Two double glazed windows.
Galley with 12V fridge, oven, grill 4 burner hob. Lots of storage. Sliding single glazed window and opening side doors opposite.
B pull up kitchen unit for extra preparation space.
Built in bread bin and storage above the fridge unit.
Front lounge contains L shape seating, pulls out to create a big double.

The boat has 240v system via shore power or inverter, 3 batteries domestic and a separate 12v starter battery charged off its own alternator.

Eberspacher boiler controls hot water and heating.
Engine also warms up the water within 30minutes via the calorifier in the airing cuboard.
Beta Marine 35 HP engine, serviced regularly and just right for this boat, very powerful and great for the rivers and canals.
She’s cruised the Severn, Thames, Weaver, Manchester Ship Canal no problem at all.

She’s been a great family boat and will serve new owners well.
