‘Snoozie’ is a 70 foot Duchess Style Narrowboat Built by G & J Reeves Boatbuilders in 2005 and fitted out by Marine Services (Chirk) Ltd in 2008 Snoozie is perfectly laid out as a liveaboard, whether continuously cruising or touring.

Powered by an inboard Isuzu 42hp diesel engine, with Hoppecke Leisure Batteries and solar power, Snoozie has the luxury of a large galley which incudes a full size gas cooker with four rings, a full size fridge and separate freezer, a full size washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave and plumbing for a dish washer. All white goods are included in the price.

Snoozie has central heating throughout and hot water is always available, either via the multi fuel stove’s back boiler system or via the Eberspacher.

Snoozie sleeps 5. She has a fixed double bed in the bow, which can be extended; a dinette that converts to a double for visitors, or a standard double mattress can be used for a permanent berth. There is space in the saloon for a single bed settee.

This lovely boat benefits from two toilets and when the central doors are shut, each half of the boat has access to the facilities. The main bathroom has a full size vanity unit, a small bath with a shower above.

Snoozie has the convenience of an extra large pump-out tank which is located under the bathroom vanity unit, as well as an extra large water tank.

Snoozie is a reverse lay-out, semi-cruiser stern with additional seating in the bow, which is accessed from the forward cabin. This versatile space is currently as a dressing room. Plenty of storage is found throughout the boat
