1950 Gipson Classic 50 . American house boat 50ft by 14ft . Probably only one in UK.
This is fastest house boats on the market.
Imported from USA years back .
It’s a GRP construction so no need to get the boat out from the water and do blacking every few years like all metal boats .
Engines can be removed to reduce mooring fees and waterways fees if you planing to stay in one place.
Shallow draft
Loads of space inside and outside .
You can walk around easy without worrying to fell into the water.
On outside you can set up your own little garden if you want to . Or small allotment And grow your own food .
Second deck provides loads space. You can put gazebo or second roof with extra solar panels . Nice Garden furniture and have BBQ area…
Inside:
Two bedroom.
One has one Double bed and opens to living aria. The second one under the living room has two double beds. Living room open plan kitchen with Corner sofa bed. Total 8 persons sleeps comfortably.
3 smart TVs , one 32’ , one 50’, one 19’ with DVD
Radio with Bluetooth, subwoofer, and amplifier to run more speakers. Equalise the system for Quality sound.
4 external speakers.
Two disco laser lights units for parting on the boat .
All lighting is LED . Different zones on different switches to save a power or create different mood .

Two bathrooms, one with Walking shower 1200x900 ( water pressure better then in the house)
Second bathroom has just toilet and basin with storage.
Bathrooms has towel radiators. Morden kitchen with two gas burners with electric light up system and safety gas cut-off system.
Dishwasher.Undercounter fridge with freezer box. washing machine. Kitchen cabinets have lights inside, they coming on then you open cabinet doors .

It’s a GRP boat.Was stripped out and very well insulated.
Heating by your choice. I have radiators and hot air heating.
Water tanks 2x400L and one extra for 150L not connected yet , hot water 80L with twin coil and electric element. So you can get hot water when engine running or diesel heater running. But most of the time solar charger dumping extra load to electric element and you get hot water free.
Also automatic water tanks filling system. When 10% left in the tank then water maker comes on and stops at 90%.
Battery bank 24v 1760AmpH it’s 8x 220AmpH batteries . Still a lot of space to put more batteries.
12 Solar panels 285w per panel and still space to put loads more panels.
Victron Chargers controllers
It’s enough power to have normal house life, plus extra .
Two Mercedes engines 3.0TD (OM 606) -In excellent condition. It’s a car engines converted to marine use with bowman heat exchangers. So they will last forever. Boat controls can be hooked up to remote control so you can drive the boat from any place. New ZF gear boxes (Unused) they super robust hydraulik gearboxes .
Two fuel tanks are new from 3mm alloy 2x 360 litres
CCTV Covering boat all round and records .
Alarm , With ability to call the owner in case of intrusion. Double glazing all around.
Water maker on board so you not depending on filling ups and don’t have to go nowhere to get fresh water .
Fitted extra carbon filters after water tanks so water from the taps always clean.
Loads of storage space.
It was designed to be of grid , so living on it very eco and chip, and super comfortable. If you know something about living on the boat then you know it’s a dream…
You will need approximately 300-400 litres of diesel to get your super comfortably through the cold 6 months
