Solar panels recently installed on the roof which enable additional electric autonomy when out and about. The roof also has a wooden terrace space installed which has seen many enjoyable sundowners.

Working engine! (1 X Diesel 40hp BMC). 3 blade fixed. 12 volt battery. 240 shore power voltage. 3 batteries charged by engine, solar panels, and shore power.

The layout and the pram covers which are in great condition make the boat feel very spacious. In particular, the bow hood provides an additional room similar to a winter garden which we used as our office or tea room (it fits a table and two chairs, which we can leave in the boat).

The living room area has a large stove and seating and leads into our 'winter garden' at the front.

The kitchen has nice real wood surfaces, offers plenty of storage, a gas cooker with full sized hob, oven and grill, fridge, instant pot, microwave, and many handy handing racks already installed.

The bathroom was recently renovated and has a big shower with an In-Sink Erator (electrically grinds waste water to avoid blockages), full length mirror, sink, storage and a cartridge toilet with three spare cassettes we can leave on the boat.

There is a surprisingly large amount of storage under the raised double bed (for context we had three large travel suitcases plus two enourmous drawers for our clothes under there), with an additional hanging rack and storage to the side of the bed.

The boat was last out of the water in 2022 for bitumen blacking and anodes. BSS expires March 2028. Built in 2000 by Hallmark.

Optional £2k/year carefully watched no overnight leisure mooring in Twyford Wharf (1h from London Marylebone).
