Description

'Bright Morning' was designed by Kim Holman and built by Tucker Brown Yacht Builders in 1962. She is the bigger sister of the ever popular Twister. Her beautiful lines are consistent with all of the Holman designs. She has been lovingly cared for and viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation

Offering up to 4 berths in a traditional layout. Up forward is a double V berth with a deck opening hatch. Moving aft you have the heads compartment with a Jabsco marine toilet, holding tank. In the saloon there are two single settee berths either side of a fixed double drop leaved table. Good stowage behind and around the saloon. In the starboard quarter there is the galley with a stainless steel sink with manually pumped fresh water. Plastimo Neptune 2000 gas cooker with two burners and grill. Opposite in the port quarter in the chart table with instruments and a coolbox. 60litre fresh water capacity. 5ft10 headroom.

Located under the companionway stairs is the Yanmar 2GM20 marine diesel engine. 2 cylinders, 18hp, freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft driven to a fixed three bladed propeller. Single lever controls. Approximately 45 litre fuel tank. Last serviced end of last season by Shotley Marina. New engine mounts in 2022.
