Steel motor ship, ex coastal cargo vessel, just under 24m LOA measurement. A conversion project to create a live aboard sailing motor vessel.
Built in Norway 1910, originally as a steam ship. She was "In Class" and working up until 2000. In 2005 she was motored 1800 miles, under her own power to the UK from Norway. For a time she was used as a film support vessel, more recently she has been a liveaboard project vessel. The hold area converted for accommodation. The vessel has a berth alongside on a working Quay. by separate negotiation.

Her present owners bought her as a conversion project to utilise as a live aboard accommodation and workshop, their intention was to put her into sail and rig her out.
Tankage: 5000 litres capacity. New stainless steel fuel tanks and pipework installed 2016. Water System - new hot and cold water supply system has been installed. Heating 1 x diesel fed stove in galley.

Accommodation offered prior to the conversion of the hold area.: Upper deck forward facing wheelhouse. Skipper cabin behind with twin bunk berths and desk. External companionway down a level to a separate galley and dining cabin. Gas cooker sink , fridge and stowage. fixed dining table with bench seating. Deck level, access door and companionway to engine room. Separate wash room forward of this with toilet and shower. From the aft deck, a 2nd cabin with 2 large coffin berths and stowage. Cabin well insulated.
Main hold area was used for a boat storage / workshop. This area has been converted for live aboard accommodation.
Main hold accessed at aft end of hold, through a temporary hatch way, via a wooden staircase. Wooden floor laid on a concrete base. The interior ships sides and deck have been sprayed with fire proof insulation to a depth of about 1.5"inchs. This ensures no condensation and good all round insulation. The majority of ships sides have been panelled with heavy duty board.
The hold is 38ft long, 14ft wide with about 14ft headroom, amidships. There is a multi fuel stove amidships forward and a solid fuel range aft to port. 240 volt sockets for lighting and 24 volt lights.
Port and starboard at deck level bronze opening portholes and three opening brass portholes to forward. Bilge pump in sump.
A Fore cabin, accessed through main hold, sufficient room for a double berth and cupboards. 24 volt light. Ladder access to foredeck
The accommodation is comfortable and could be moved into immediately.
