240v electricity hook up (charged by meter reading per quarter) and water point are available. BT telephone connection point is also possible subject to BT connection charge. Space for a coal pile and chemical toilet emptying facilities are also on site. Gas bottles and laundry tokens are available from the island office.

The current mooring rates are as follows:
Paid quarterly : £374 per metre per annum (based on 12m mooring length)
Water charge: £25.00 per quarter
Weir Access Charge: £75.00 per quarter

There is no access to the other side of the Thames which means the island is quiet and secluded. Bridge road, East Molesey is only a few minutes walk away and offers a plethora of small shops and pubs. Bushy and Home Park are within walking distance, as is Hampton Court Palace and Kingston is easily accessed by boat, bike or bus.
This is a beautiful area which offers an array of nature and stunning views all year round. Although it is situated only 14 miles from central London it has a truly rural and village feel.
