The mooring at Eagle Wharf Marina is fully transferable (10% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are an affordable £650 a month. Council Tax is payable on top. A fantastic location on the Regents Canal which makes it a great spot to explore London and beyond from. Angel, Old Street and Hoxton stations are all about 15 mins walk from the moorings.
