Description

The Hurley 30/90 has a great reputation as a solidly built cruiser racer combining
comfortable accommodation with sailing performance, making her an ideal family cruiser
equally suitable for the serious yachtsman. Naida was built in 1974 many major items have
been replaced. She has a 20hp Beta inboard diesel engine professionally fitted in
2023 with less than 30 hours use and a 5 year warranty from 01/09/23. Other replaced
items include shaft and shaft seal, standing and running rigging, some nav and comms items
(all from 2017), a new mainsail in 2018, new headsail furler in 2019 and boom in 2020. Her hull
was Coppercoated in 2019. Batteries from 2025 and solar panels from 2019.
In 2024 a Tides Marine Mast Track and slide system was installed. The mainsail rises easily and
drops the instant the halyard is released. Lazy jacks and stackpack fitted 2024.
An electric windlass was fitted 2023. Complete with Aries self-steering and liferaft, she makes
an ideal blue-water cruiser.
