Woteva is a delightful 60' narrowboat built by Keith Wood in 2002 and is ideal for leisure use or as a live-aboard. It has a light interior and plenty of storage throughout. It has a Morso Squirrel stove at the front and an Alde gas boiler at the back . The galley is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven and a 12v fridge with freezer compartment. It also has a Candy washing machine at the back.
There is a television/DVD player in the front cabin and a second one in the bedroom. There is also a DAB car radio in the front cabin.
Woteva is powered by an Isuzu 38hp engine with a calorifier for hot water and twin alternators (managed by a pair of Stirling alternator controllers). The 12v electrical system has four 12v 100 amp hour batteries (new in July 2020). The 240v system has three 100 amp hour batteries (new in 2017) connected to a Stirling 2.5KW inverter. There is a shoreline and, when connected, the inverter acts as a battery charger. There is also a 180 watt solar panel on the roof feeding a pair of MPPT controllers. There is one 12 v starter battery (new in 2017).
There is a fixed double bed at the back and a large sofa that opens out to create another double bed in the front cabin. There are also fittings to make the bench seats into a third double bed.
The bathroom has a pump-out toilet, wash basin, vanity unit and shower cubicle.
There 2 x 200 litre stainless steel water tanks inside the front cabin. These form the bench seats which means that the area under the front of the boat is available for extra storage. There are three gas bottles at the rear so the traditional front gas locker is also free for storage.
Woteva was in for blacking in September 2020 and the boat safety certificate was renewed in July 2020.
