The Painted Lady is a 45ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat, built in 1992 by Liverpool Boats. This is a bright & open studio space ready to be fitted out & furnished, perfect for anyone wishing to craft their own home on the river. The Painted Lady currently in East London is an ideal size for cruising as it can easily turn around on canals and the river, and can easily find a space big enough to moor along the towpath. The engine BMC 1.5 has recently been serviced, is very reliable and in good condition, with new parts such as the alternator, starter motor and batteries being replaced. Electrics have been newly installed and comes with inverter that has been newly serviced giving 240v to the boat. A Solar panel is installed on roof, which provides bulk of the power. Lighting is already connected throughout the boat + 12V outlets.
The gas locker is at the stern and can hold two gas bottles.

The Painted Lady has been recently renovated. Brand new flooring & sub flooring (new stud work + Marine ply) have been laid. The interior of the steel hull has also been treated and painted.
All walls are tongue and groove cladding and have been newly restored and painted with Farrow & Ball shades, and all windows have been sealed, with one new window recently having been fitted.
A Morso squirrel 1410 solid fuel burning stove has just been fitted out; an ideal wood burner for narrowboats, which heats the boat up nice and quickly on those chilly winter days!
The Painted Lady has a generous water tank and calorifier on board which will need to be connected. Plumbing would need to be installed according to lay out.
This boat is ready for the right owner to fit out and name it a home.
