This lovely 60ft Narrowboat is for sale with a fantastic mooring at Lisson Grove, a very popular location with a vibrant community of boaters. Lisson Grove is in a prime location close to Marylebone, Baker St and St John's Wood stations and just 5 mins walk to Regent's Park.

This particular boat comes with the added advantage of a transferrable mooring. Included with this mooring space is a small garden space directly opposite the boat. The mooring/garden is south facing and so gets loads of sun throughout the day and it's very rare to go down there and not find the residents hanging out together and enjoying the community spirit of the moorings.

The boat itself was blackened in January 2023 and mooring licence has been paid valid till April 2025. BSS was completed in December 2021. The boat was last surveyed in 2015 and everything in the survey was attended to.

It's laid out with a good sized galley at the bow, leading through to a living area with a drop down table that can be lowered for dining purposes and then pulled back up to create more space. The dining table allows for an eight person seating. The living room area can be also converted into an extra guest bed. There is a fire place in the living room which then leads to the fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas hob, oven, fridge and washing machine, sink and large amounts of storage space.
The large bathroom is equipped with a full sized bath with overhead shower, a natural stone basin and a compost toilet. Finally at the stern of the boat is the cabin with double bed and hanging storage and an empty engine room that can be used as storage or to install a new boat engine. There is also a dehumidifier in the bedroom. The engine was removed by previous owner to create more storage space.

A new bilge pump and water pump has been recently installed and the boat has been fitted with new wall radiators in both the bathroom and bedroom. Boat is sold with on board washing machine.

The mooring at Lisson Grove is fully transferable and there is no transfer fee. The mooring is managed by CRT and consequently has lower mooring fees than many of the privately run moorings
