This is a long story - I brought this vessel 3 and a half years ago and sailed it around for 6 months around the canal and river networks - eventually it got moored up near Bedworth over Xmas and unfortunately got targeted for theft - they stole the generator, the solar controller and invertors etc - this then went into a marine workshop to get repaired and 18 months later i have spent £7.5k and had it rewired but still lots of stuff need to be done, due to a cancer diagnosis he has removed himself from the situation and i have moored it to Brinklow marina in January 2024 - I have been trying to get another marine engineer to sort out the issues still outstanding but have been frustrated with his delays and I'm no longer wanting to be involved in this world and wishing to sell it as is... the outstanding issues are a suspected seized gearbox, the log burner / fireplace is still in pieces and needs to be fixed, the water compressor needs to be swopped and the shower pump fixed - the kitchen needs TLC as does the entire boat - the external painting is flaky and clearly shows 3 years of neglect and abandonment - all that said its been rewired and most of the work is purely cosmetic and it is a lovely layout internally and with a new owner this will be a beautiful boat again. it will need a few thousand quid to invest in it - i have the last Hull survey from April 2021 its been blacked 18 months ago - I feel it'll be an absolute steel and a bargain at £32,500
