Derwent Water Marina is situated in the peaceful and sheltered north west part of the lake with views of the surrounding mountains. Keswick is a 20 minutes walk away.

Here at Derwentwater Marina we have seasonal jetty berths available so you can step onto your boat without the inconvenience of a tender and our shore storage provides easy access to the Lake for dayboats, dinghies, canoes, kayaks, windsurfers and SUPs / Paddle boards. Leaving your boat here with us during the summer and winter months, saves you the inconvenience of storage and transportation, and gives you more time for enjoyment on the water.

We also offer Short Stay Storage for 1 or 2 weeks if you are in the Lake District on holiday and want to bring a boat. We have limited places available each week so booking in advance is essential. Please contact us to check availability and to book a space.

Our busy Marina has on site facilities including changing rooms, showers and toilets, on site parking whilst you are out on the lake and a fully stocked watersports shop for all your boating needs. In addition we hire out paddle crafts and offer tuition in Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Canoeing and Paddle Boarding.
