Purchased by the current owners in 2014, Partita is a well-loved and well looked after comfortable sailing boat in good condition with good specification. Sails (boom ferling main) and rigging are original as is the Furuno radar. The engine was changed to a modern BETA 35 in 2018, and modern radio and chart plotter fitted. She also has a 2.7m inflatable Zodiac dinghy with a 6hp Yamaha outboard.

Fore cabin; 2 single berths, conversion into a double berth. Storage lockers under berths. Fore toilet compartment is to starboard, aft of the fore cabin, WC, washbasin, shower, hot and cold pressurised water. Two hanging lockers to port, aft of fore cabin. Saloon: L shaped settee is fitted to starboard with a single settee berth opposite. The table is fitted centrally around the mast support pillar and opens out to the full width of the saloon. Galley: U shaped galley is to port, aft of the saloon and immediately adjacent to the companionway, with refrigerator, gas stove, and double sink with hot and cold mixer tap. The navigation area is to starboard opposite the galley, chart table. The aft cabin passageway is to starboard and is fitted with a pilot berth which also forms the seat for the chart table. Storage lockers under berth. Aft cabin: fore and aft double berth to port and an L shaped settee to starboard. Storage locker under berth. A large hanging locker to starboard. To port is a completely self-contained toilet compartment with a marine WC and basin with hot and cold pressurised water system.

Heating is provided by radiators in the saloon and aft cabin passageway plus fan radiators in the fore cabin and aft cabin. Heating and hot water are provided by a Webasto heater when the engine is not running. A large lazarette (hold) is located under the cockpit seats to port.
