Reverse lay-out with galley at stern and bed at bow. This allows for easy access and a double bed with room alongside too! Bathroom is walk-through, so good size for boat. Our dining table (which doubles as my desk) is collapsible so in the evening we put out some comfy chairs to sit and relax in.

Equipment

We have gone completely electric, as we felt we could not justify using gas and coal/wood anymore for cooking and heating. Water heater is simplicity itself and very efficient.
