2021 painted roof and bow in 2021 and 2023. Condensation free as well insulated.
Four large new Solar panels 800W intotal, done 2023,and victron controller not shown in photos was done recently, with split charger runs lights, fridge, hoover, laptops and phone. Excellent WiFi TP link, is up and working with poynting Marine aerial. Multi device usage possible. I have run all my online meetings buffer free with it. Working radio with aerial. Woodburner, Morso squirrel with good seal. Co2 alarms, fire alarms, blankets and extinguishers all in place.
New in 2022 is a Water Freedom pump system for shower and wash up (not drinking). No need to move boat for water. Huge water tank 800-1000litre filled from filtered canal water. New batteries in 2022 and new wiring professionally done. Inner well deck reblacked summer 2024.Front bow repainted then too. Chimney resealed winter 2023. New water pump and drain pump 2023. Petrol Generator for winter. Washing machine, twin tub. Bow planks are removable.
Living area repainted in 2021. Previous owner a marine engineer. I am a physics graduate, so although the boat needs a face lift at the back, I have looked after the essentials. I've taken a Lecturer post in Gloucester and am living there now, so I'm ready to sell, with something of a heavy heart. She's a great party boat and has had holidays with seven people camping on bank and deck.
The flat bow gives easy access for bringing on food coal, logs etc. Great if you are a bit older. She's ready to go as a live aboard or as a leisure boat. The back cabin is quite low, but My 5ft 11'' son happily uses the boat as the main cabin is a good height. But this is not a boat for the very tall!

Double bed, extremely good quality, very comfy, folds away.
Bathroom has, bath with shower, handbasin with cupboard, cassette toilet with privacy curtain, and radiator .
Kitchen has instant hot running water, clean tile work, gas cooker, hob, grill and oven. Shore power capable with interior sockets. AC inverter for 240v appliances 600watt continuous power.
Sofa bed in living room by stove and is niw a little the worse for wear, not as shown in photos. Table and foldaway chair, bookcases, cupboard. working radio and USB charge point.
All ropes, pins, gang planks, life jacket, wood storage. Walls painted in gorgeous soft snow white.. A light space with overhead lights.
Second bread oven-stove in bedroom, which I never have to light as the Morso makes the boat so hot, even in cold weather, that I often retreat to the bedroom to cool off.
Large water tank with hose reel(no longer needed!). Barge poles.
This lovely wee Tug has been a joy to own, play with and party on. We've been on river and canal.
Lots of cupboard space and storage under bow planks. Very sad to sell, but too busy with work. Moored at Enslow. Viewings Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays bank holidays.

Pigeon box. AC inverter for charging phones, laptop, hoover etc.
Solar panels, controller and victron phone app display. Split charger works beautifully to use solar for running electrics and to bulk or float charge batteries as required. No understanding or knowledge required. It just works all by itself!

Engine has been fully maintained and serviced. It's in very good condition. Starts very well, without fail and pulls very well. Chugs along beautifully!
