'Dalingo' is a place of serenity and warmth, nestling in the very heart of Jericho, with its quick access to the Phoenix Picturehouse, numerous restaurants, and a 10 minute walk along the towpath to Oxford Station.

'Dalingo' is a 45ft narrowboat built in 2008 which I have owned since 2021, and used as a second home whilst working in Oxford (5mins to the centre of Jericho, and a 10min walk to Oxford Station). A move abroad now forces a sale.

The boat has two separate rooms, divided by a separate shower / separate toilet . The smaller room has been used as a study /bedroom and has a cupboard and drawers for storage. The larger room has an open plan living space with a solid wooden floor including a fully equipped kitchen, with a cooker , fridge, hot water boiler and lots of drawers / cupboards etc. Also a double 'click clack' sofa, and a wonderful log burning stove which heats the radiators beautifully in winter. There are spotlights throughout the boat and plenty of plugs/ USB points. On the roof there are 4 solar panels which generate lots of electricity.

I recently spent £3000 at a local boatyard who put in a brand new inverter, serviced the Volvo diesel engine, the boiler/ radiators, and brand new batteries.

Last year I added a new Kinver canopy (£2500), which allows for extra secure storage and escape from the elements in winter.

The boat has a new BSS which expires in May 2029.
