Welcome to Zion, She is a 70ft x 9ft 10 wide beam British steel vessel. Weighing 27 tonnes.
Manufactured in 1985 at a university steel works in Liverpool. She is lined with Oak and Ash wood trims. The flooring has been laid with reclaimed African Red River Gum wood from a stately home.
Zion comprises of 1 master bedroom which has a queen sized ottoman bed for storage and built in shelving,1 closed off spare room/study.
A large shower room with a Villeroy and Boch porcelain sink, a Thetford Cassette toilet, a heated towel rail and Ventilation.
She has a large kitchen area with a Belfast sink, gas oven with a grill and four hobs, running alongside a Rayburn for use in the winter which also has a back boiler that controls the central heating and can also control the hot water.
To finish off it has a large front room with a dinning area and two large decks front and rear.
