Regretably advertising my Ohlson 38 for sale at exceptional value for her specs due to ongoing interior refurbishment.
Currently afloat in Largs Marina until the end of March when she will be lifted ashore. Further offers considered until interior work and maintenance is complete, at which point she will be repriced appropriately following survey.
Willing to assist with relocation for an additional fee.

I am the third owner, she has been very well set up for heavy weather and offshore sailing so you can be sure to have confidence in all conditions.
Low aspect rig, stowable cutter stay and a huge amount of sail area including hank on stay sail and spinnaker, lofrans electric windlass with 25kg Mantus anchor and 60m of chain providing exceptional holding.
Standing rig and spars all about 5 years old, three reefs in the mainsail at the base of the mast, full suite of raymarine electronics about 5 years old.
Very reliable wheel conversion 15 years ago and I rebuilt the bearings last year, but the tiller post is still present so if you wanted to change back this would be extremely simple.
Engine was changed in 2002 and now is a Beta 35, now with around 1,600 hours.

She has been around Scotland and the North Sea her whole life, after the hull was formed in Tylers down in England like all Ohlsons, construction was completed on the Clyde in the 70s which inculdes the choice of the sought after, low maintanence, solid fibre glass deck (no core). Since then she had two owners of ~23 years each and has sailed extensively in Scotland, Iceland, Faroes, Norway and Denmark.
Chainplates and knees were replaced only 2 years ago, deck painted and rig underwent full inspection.
