Selling my late father’s steel motorsailor, is powered by a Perkins phaser 1004T, 110hp engine with PRM gearbox. Has a vetus bow thruster, Lewmar V4/5 vertical windlass gypsy. Boat only used for one season and has ultra sonic measurements taken by surveyor showing steel as good as new.
Has large enclosed pilot house from which the aft master bedroom can be accessed and aft head with sit down shower. The main saloon has galley with gimbalised SMEV cooker and space for a fridge( not installed) and across is a large dinette seating area with table that adjusts down to provide a double berth. Forward of main saloon is a second heads compartment and substantial storage locker with a standard v berth arrangement in the bow.
Has hot and cold water systems with capacity for approx 1000 litres of water in fitted stainless steel tanks
The vessel can also carry approx 1500ltrs of diesel and is ideally suited for long sea going passages

The boat is of steel construction with 8mm plate used for the box keel section up to the round bilge. The sides from the round bilge are formed of 5mm steel plate. This has been ultra sounded and checked by a surveyor. The vessel is as good as new with it only being in the water one season in before my late fathers passing
She is fitted with three pairs of sacrificial anodes evenly spaced along the hull which are also as good as new.
She has a geared auto prop whose pitch adapts automatically. A vetus bow thruster is fitted which can be controlled from outside helm position
The vessel is missing any navigation equipment. This was to be installed after the vessel was completed in 2019, however with pandemic then my late father taking illness in 2022 this never happened. However this allows the new owner to pick a navigation package of their choice depending on how they wish to use the vessel

All rigging new in 2019. The vessel is a ketch with a substantial stainless steel tabernacle stepped main mast and deck stepped mizzen mast. All spars are aluminium alloy. Sails present include a Genoa and mainsail, but no mizzen
