Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Stardancer, a Seamaster 34 that has been lovingly transformed into a comfortable static home, on a secure residential mooring.
Stardancer offers comfortable living that belies her size, and would make an ideal first home or weekend retreat, all in the secure confines of a marina withing walking distance of Rochester High Street.
Stardancer has a good sized double cabin aft with plenty of built in storage. there is a shower room with a good sized shower. A hallway has plenty of built in storage, electric immersion heater and hot water boiler, washing machine (and battery storage.
The main living area has seating, a beautiful Victoria II stove that comfortably heats the entire boat, and a kitchenette with sink, gas oven and hob, fridge and freezer, as well as a good amount of work top and storage. This area offers plenty of light.
Steps lead down to the forward cabin, with V berth, storage and a toilet compartment with macerator toilet. Vinyl flooring and carpet tiles have been part laid, with the rest on the boat to be finished.
Externally the boat has a good amount of usable space, and would benefit from an aesthetic tidy up and paint.
Stardancer has been completely refitted over several years to create a lovely and affordable home that offers very economical on going costs, and is currently on the hard standing so would be easy to survey if required.
