Description

28 foot Springer narrow boat for sale by the name of Lodka. This needs to be viewed as a tidy up project boat. The exterior requires a repaint. The interior is not too bad with a new toilet compartment in the bow. Interior of the boat requires a full clean out as this boat has been abandoned by previous owner. Interior of the boat has dish washer!! sink, cooker, Micro wave. Single berth /seat Tv fitted. I understand the diesel engine is currently not running and has a loose drive coupling, this can be tightened, but was previously running. No guarantee can be given about the current situation with the engine. This would need to be confirmed by purchaser.
Current condition of the hull unknown but the interior bilge is dry but rusty. Engine room requires tidy and repaint. With some TLC this boat could make a liveaboard or cruiser. Boat can be slipped our by arrangement for any possible survey.

Currently configured as a single berth /seat on port side of the cabin. Forward area of the boat has been turned into a wet room area with a disposable toilet. This area has been well constructed and with a good clean would be perfectly usable. The cabin with a good removal of previous contents and a good clean would be perfectly usable and could be used as a single occupancy live aboard. The electrics would require checking, I assume the boat does not have a current BSS certificate and previous licence has expired.

Steel hull and cabin sides. Rear cruiser type stern. Steel forward deck but no forward well deck.
