This sweet little boat has given many years of faithful service to her previous occupants and is now ready for a new owner to take her out on the waterways again. The 38ft length makes turning and mooring a doddle, and yet Eloise feels surprisingly spacious with her cheerful mint green interior.

A survey was carried out by the current owner in November 2022 which is available for prospective purchasers to view, and recommended work has been carried out since, including over plating to the base plate and hull blacking in January 2023.

Cratch covers are provided for both the stern and bow, and externally the boat also features 2 solar panels to the roof.

Entering from the stern, a side door leads into the galley, very handy for preparing refreshment for the skipper! This comes equipped with a 2 burner hob and oven, under counter fridge, stainless steel circular sink and work surfaces to both sides of the boat. There is also cupboard space for storage.

The galley is next to an open plan saloon, presently furnished with a double sofa bed, solid fuel stove, coffee table and flat screen tv.

A bathroom is conveniently situated between the saloon and the bedroom, and has a shower, washbasin and cassette toilet.

Finally, there is a fixed double berth with double doors leading onto the bow deck.
