We have been living on this boat for 2 years and have had a baby since then. She is now 10 months old and we are upgrading to a longer boat. This has been a great family home. We have continuously cruised and it will be a shame to see her go. We have not had many issues since owning it and the issues we have had we have rectified albeit minor issues. You will see from the previous pre purchase survey that we have decorated the boat and expect that the new owners will want to put their stamp on it as well. If I were buying this I'd say the paint needs a touch up and the living room floor could do with upgrading..
