Description

Classic COBRA 33 Toughs were a traditional Thames boatbuilder and in the 70's produced two classic motor boats, the Python 27 and the Cobra 33. This is a Cobra 33 with a deep vee hull, a rare open cockpit and a skipper's aft cabin. Over the past two years the boat has been thoughtfully restored by a n experienced boat owner. The engines have been removed and bilge painted. Both turbocharers have been overhauled(£1000), the starter motors have also been reconditioned(£500) and the water system overhauled. Wiring has been checked and a Bow Thruster installed(£1100) New seats have been fitted and the cockpit floors now have gas struts. It is a great boat now!

Two reliable Perkins 6.354 six cylinder, in line diesels. Engines removed, bilge cleaned and painted. Turbos professionally re-conditioned(£1000), Starter motors removed and serviced(£500) New Vetus bow thruster fitted by professionals at Bursledon shipyard.(£1100) Raw water pumps serviced and re-fitted. All rubbers on engine checked and replaced as necessary. Engines start easily and run with good oil pressure and temperatures correct.
