A very versatile compact GRP Motor Sailor, recently refurbished, undergone an amount of modifications during a lengthy refit during 2023- to date.
She carries a masthead Bermudan rig, Alloy mast (deck stepped and boom.)
There is accommodation 2-4 persons. A Fore cabin/ saloon. A semi covered cockpit/ helm and an aft cabin which has two full length single berths.
Vessel has been re- engined with a Yanmar 3cylinder, fully serviced March 2024 , its sited in the semi open cockpit amidships in a sound proofed engine box.
Much of the vessel has been re-wired, windows have been removed and re-sealed. Headlining panels have been replaced with new.
Last surveyed, 2023, improvements and modifications have been carried out, she complies with all the recommendations for British Safety Standard certification.
The rig, whilst sailing/ anchoring all can all be controlled from the cockpit (whilst under cover, protection from the elements.
Wheel steering for the helm position under a fully glazed shelter deck/ forward solid section of the coach roof. Two screen wipers. An Electric anchor windlass on the foredeck.
She has been used to motor cruise, the French Canals and the Broads She could be used as a pleasure fishing vessel, she has a deep open cockpit with canvas pram hood ( A new replacement is being made, March 24).

Three cabin areas ;
Headroom: 1.7m in Fore cabin, 1.8m Middle - cockpit cabin, length of cabin approx 2.3m width of 1.9m. . Aft cabin 1.35m headroom. .
4 x berths all 1.95m
Step into the accommodation on portside of the deep semi open cockpit onto a Holly wood cabin sole.
Forward facing bench seating against the aft cabin bulkhead, a chart table top can be set up (.if required.) The helm bench can be turned around 180degrees, to create a dinette in the open air or under the canvas pram hood.
Aft cabin. has twin full length berths.
Middle cabin / Cockpit - The galley facility is to port of the helm bench, sited under the shelter deck which has a clear glazed roof panel. A double burner gas hob and grill. ( gas bottle stowage locker ), a single sink with hot and cold water ( a pressurised water system.) . Purpose built cupboards and stowage.
A separate battery stowed for an electric ice box. Gas locker for Dumpy gas bottles.
In the forepeak cabin there is "a heads" to port, a Jabsco sea toilet. (a separate compartment). Stowed in the ceiling of the cabin, is a table top supported by a steel mast deck compression post, it lowers down when required. Surrounding settee berths. 2 x single 6ft 6ins berths plus an infill for a double berth (berth cushions presently in dry store, blue velour fabric covering in good clean condition. Carpeted cabin sol. Built in shelving around the cabin.

Moulded GRP hull and decks. Long shallow keel Rounded bilge , encapsulated ballast.
A deep semi open cockpit. Aft section covered with a hinged Aft Pram hood style cover. forward section - solid GRP with large glazed panel in set into the coach roof.

Accommodation professionally fitted out: varnished wood work and bulkhead doors, fixtures and fittings.
Clear glazed windows /portlights. several have been removed and resealed.

Engine(s)

3 cylinder diesel, Yanmar 30hp engine, sited amidships in sound proofed engine box, 500 hrs only of hours. Fully serviced March 2024. Electric start. Fresh water cooled.
Stainless steel shaft to a single Fixed pitch Bronze triple bladed propeller.
New stainless steel fuel tank. Anodes replaced Summer 2023.
Single lever Morse type engine controls at the helm position ( Starboard forward position in the cockpit ).

Sails & Spars

Alloy deck stepped mast and boom.
Bermudan mast head rig.
Slab reefing main sail which furls away into a stack pack. Main sail cover with name.
Furling system on the head sail. All can be controlled from the cockpit.

Electrics

A Ring main with 13 Amp sockets.
Ceeform socket for Shore power.
2 x Deep cycle batteries plus 1 x separate battery for ice box.
12v domestic system. 12 v battery charger.
Electric Fan heater

Safety Equipment

All BSS Recommendations have been met.
All domestic services electrics , seacocks, electrics all made safe and labelled.
Emergency tiller.

2 x Life buoys
Stainless steel pulpit and pushpit. s/s stanchions and guard wires around the full deck.
Grabrail rails on the coach roof.
Non slip tread on the decks.
