A very versatile compact GRP Motor Sailor, recently refurbished, undergone an amount of modifications during a lengthy refit during 2023- to date.
She carries a masthead Bermudan rig, Alloy mast (deck stepped and boom.)
There is accommodation 2-4 persons. A Fore cabin/ saloon. A semi covered cockpit/ helm and an aft cabin which has two full length single berths.
Vessel has been re- engined with a Yanmar 3cylinder, fully serviced March 2024 , its sited in the semi open cockpit amidships in a sound proofed engine box.
Much of the vessel has been re-wired, windows have been removed and re-sealed. Headlining panels have been replaced with new.
Last surveyed, 2023, improvements and modifications have been carried out, she complies with all the recommendations for British Safety Standard certification.
The rig, whilst sailing/ anchoring all can all be controlled from the cockpit (whilst under cover, protection from the elements.

Headroom: 1.7m in Fore cabin, 1.8m Middle - cockpit cabin, length of cabin approx 2.3m width of 1.9m. . Aft cabin 1.35m headroom. .

Step into the accommodation on portside of the deep semi open cockpit onto a Holly wood cabin sole.
Forward facing bench seating against the aft cabin bulkhead, a chart table top can be set up (.if required.) The helm bench can be turned around 180degrees, to create a dinette in the open air or under the canvas pram hood.
Aft cabin. has twin full length berths.
Middle cabin / Cockpit - The galley facility is to port of the helm bench, sited under the shelter deck which has a clear glazed roof panel. A double burner gas hob and grill. ( gas bottle stowage locker ), a single sink with hot and cold water ( a pressurised water system.) . Purpose built cupboards and stowage.
A separate battery stowed for an electric ice box. Gas locker for Dumpy gas bottles.
In the forepeak cabin there is "a heads" to port, a Jabsco sea toilet. (a separate compartment). Stowed in the ceiling of the cabin, is a table top supported by a steel mast deck compression post, it lowers down when required. Surrounding settee berths. 2 x single 6ft 6ins berths plus an infill for a double berth (berth cushions presently in dry store, blue velour fabric covering in good clean condition. Carpeted cabin sol. Built in shelving around the cabin.
