With double berths in the fore and aft cabins, and two quarter berths in the saloon, there is adequate space to sleep up to six. The fore cabin has a new Vetus hatch, and headlinings, upholstery and flooring have been renewed throughout the boat. The heads is equipped with a shower, and there is hot and cold pressurised water to the heads and the galley. Hot water is provided via the engine or a mains immersion heater in the calorifier. The fridge is less than two years old and is powered by either the house batteries or 240 volts from shore power. The fridge has a battery guard, which will cut the power supply if the voltage on the house batteries falls below 12 volts when under sail. There is a mains battery charger to charge the batteries when shore power is connected.
GRP. The coach roof and decks have been painted with Awlgrip. The topsides are original. The hull was copper coated three years ago and the rudder re-glassed and epoxy coated.
The boat is equipped with a Vetus bow thruster, which is served by a battery in a fore cabin locker and operated using a control on the helm console. The electric windlass has 40 metres of calibrated chain holding a CQR anchor. The windlass is operated by a hand control which is connected at the bowsprit. The ignition switch and engine instruments are all easily used at the helm console. Much of the wiring has been renewed and there is a new switch panel in the saloon. The VHF radio is less than 5 years old. There is a fitted battery charger to keep the batteries topped up when connected to shore power.
There is a 7 inch B & G Chartplotter and an AIS Transponder, both of which are easily operated from the helm console. There is a fully working ST4000 Autohelm.
The Volvo Penta D1-30 was completely rebuilt three years ago: Re-bored, new pistons, valves, bearings, water pumps, etc. Injectors and injector pump refurbished. File showing invoices for parts available for inspection. There is a rope cutter fitted to the prop shaft.
The genoa (age unknown) is in reasonable condition and the UV patch was renewed a couple of years ago. The main is a behind mast furler (age unknown) and is in reasonable condition. The mizzen sail was made in 2017. The standing rigging was renewed in 2016.
