Description

Bequia is a good example of the popular cruiser from the respected designer John Butler. A seaworthy yacht with good performance for its size. Bequia was probably built in around 1975, but is in very good order today. The hull has low moisture readings. A new twin cylinder Yanmar 2YM15 engine with fresh water cooling was fitted in 2013/14 and a new genoa furler fitted about 3 years ago. The sails are in good condition , main with stackpack, genoa, cruising chute, and spinnaker with pole. The interior joinery is remarkably good for her 45 plus year age. Cobra VHF radio and Nasa wind and depth instruments are fitted. She is for sale now because of the owners health issues and is antifouled, engine serviced and ready to sail away.
